mixing levels?

Postby lightthievesall » Fri Apr 30, 2010 9:51 am

For the past few weeks I've been able to easily complete the Day 2 workouts at the levels I've been on and I was wondering what people thought about upping a level just on Day 2 to get a better workout. Days 1 and 3 are always challenging and I feel I get a lot out of them, but it seems I could be doing more on Day 2. From back when I used to do a lot of strength training with weights I remember struggling through those last sets, and it seems I should have the same feeling on Day 2. So, for example, I'm on Level 3 and, assuming I don't advance to 4 next week I would instead just substitute L3D2 with L4D2, but continue to do L3D1 and L3D3. I was just looking for some feedback.

I don't see why not!
I don't think you'll need to employ this strategy for long however, as Day 2 gets a lot harder once you're up a few levels.
