New to SF, i started training Level 1 on Sunday. I'm a 46 year old guy, 5'2 and about 130lbs, but about 14lb of that is fat that i have put on over the last couple of years, as i have always been quite skinny, i could do with putting on some muscle.

On D1 L1 i managed 17 rounds, doing assisted pull-ups with a step stool. but will try other methods as well until i can do full pull-ups.

D2 L1 was completed in 7 min 33 sec, not a great time i know but i concentrated on form and had 3 minutes of rest between each round.

Day 3 L1 5min 26 sec.
Quit pleased with the time for my first D3 effort.
Still subbed assisted pull-ups, i did stop about half way for a few seconds and changed my grip. Got to work more on doing more full pull-ups, even if it's just 1 0r 2 each days training.

Second week on Level 1 and managed to up my number of rounds i completed this time.

L1D1 32 rounds

Still doing subs for pull-ups, but really got into a groove this time and managed to hammer out 15 rounds before i needed a quick rest. A great work out.
