New to SF, i started training Level 1 on Sunday. I'm a 46 year old guy, 5'2 and about 130lbs, but about 14lb of that is fat that i have put on over the last couple of years, as i have always been quite skinny, i could do with putting on some muscle.
On D1 L1 i managed 17 rounds, doing assisted pull-ups with a step stool. but will try other methods as well until i can do full pull-ups.
D2 L1 was completed in 7 min 33 sec, not a great time i know but i concentrated on form and had 3 minutes of rest between each round.
