Just wondering, do you perform deadlifts ? Cause it seems to me you lack some definition in lowerback. However great progress on pecs and arms.

SF is my only workout.

I can't say for sure, but I would guess my lack of lower back definition has more to do with the fact that fat is still thickest around my waist.

Looking good! Your back seems to be getting bigger. And in an earlier post you indicated that you felt your were too thick in the middle still; not the case anymore.

Have you started giving any thought to what you're going to do after you've dominated level 8?

I have been dieting a bit and have lost some fat, but I think the biggest "change" is due to the fact that for that last set of photos, I made a point of exhaling before flexing!

ROFL.

I didn't used to think it was possible, but I do now...even so I find it hard to imagine!

If I get to that point, I think I will give some of the advanced workouts a try...

I'd also like to work on some things that aren't really in the SF program, like plyometrics, sprinting, muscle-ups, get back with my yoga (it's been 10 years), work in some gymnastics, keep playing hockey...

Maybe I'll give tennis a try since I have a friend who has offered to teach me.

Yes. 90% SF. I do play hockey, but I do SF a lot more, and it has worked for me.

Do you feel like you have gotten stronger through simplefit, or is it just an endurance/fat loss kind of thing, and i cant help but realize that you are also pretty big too not skinny like a abercrombie model, you are actual really muscular

I have a solid build, that's for sure. When I get fitted for a jacket, the sales guys always eyeball me for a 42 jacket and are usually surprised that I wear a 44, but I am not huge. I am just over 5'11" and I weigh 187-190 lbs (BMI = ±26 - overweight). I typically wear only a medium t-shirt.

I have always been a little bigger than average, but for many periods of my life, that size was just extra weight. I have definitely gotten stronger. I tried doing piked pull-ups a year or so back and was pleasantly surprised to find I could manage 4 or 5! I don't do a whole lot that really tests my strength, so I don't really notice it, but my strength has increased, even if my size hasn't changed much. I have lost some fat over the course of two years and a little more in the last 6 weeks (I have been using Lose-It!) so whatever size gains I've made are amplified by increased definition.

So: no big change in size, but yes, increased strength, and yes, increased definition. (My chest measures about the same or a little less than when I started, but now it is made of different stuff!, my arms might be a little bigger; to judge by my jeans, my quads haven't changed.)

You'll have to let me know what yoga routine you follow. I've been trying to come up with a static stretching routine but haven't come up with something that I can stick with yet (my lower body flexibility sucks).
