L2 D1: 43 rounds + 1 chinup... first 30 were pullups last 14 were chinups.
This was harder than I thought it would be. Think I can increase
rounds by just dropping down under pullup bar and knocking out
pushups and squats instead of walking outside my squat rack. And
skipping a couple drinks of water.

Had to edit this post... actually did L2 1 pullup, 3 pushups, 4 squats.

Starting over today 5/31/10 working out with my youngest son.
L1 D1 41 rounds...13 rounds with 20lb vest. Vest killed my pullups at round 13. Pushups on parallets. ATG squats. Son did 36 rounds...12 with 20 lb vest.

I usually follow the primal fitness ebook exercises but I like to
switch things up. Last night I did the primal workout with lots of pullups and pushups so
today wasn't 100%. I want to go as far as I can in simplefit with the weight vest. Which won't
be far.

Btw I always check out the sponsor ads and google ads to help what
I can here. Great website and forum!
