Hey, all. Starting Simplefit today. Been following the Primal Blueprint (www.marksdailyapple.com) for about 3 months now. Lost almost 40 pounds during that time and have now decided that it's time to begin a workout routine full time. Today is day one.
Did 27 rounds of Level 2 for Day 1. Surprised I got that many! Looking forward to day 2 on Thursday!
