These days I am going well with exercise. I just want to loose my belly and chest fat. For that if am doing walking for one hour at 15 incline on treadmill. So it helps me to lose fat. And usually I eat eggs, broccoli, green vegetables, tuna and salmon fish etc. I am really happy and satisfy with my diet. I loose daily 1200 calories on treadmill and 200-300 may be during weight lifting. So I am really getting some positive results.
