Im new to the site and I had a few questions on were I should start. I can do between 6-7 pullups and a slow controlled pace,20 odd pushups at a fast pace and tuns of squats.Any clue on what level I should start at.
Also when it says to do your workout for time how fast are you doing the pullups and pushups.
Ive never been an overly strong guy,running is my sport.I run a 5km in high 17's and low 18's but I do want to improve my strength but not put a lot of muscle on.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
