L5 D1: 22 circuits, finished last squat as the bell rang. this is my first attempt at simplefit and was not sure what level to jump in but this was very challenging.
L5 D2: 4:55, took one minute rest in between sets.
L5 D3: 3:40 (pull ups: 16, 6, 3, 1; push ups: 40, 11; squats: 51) i thought i would be able to knock out 51 push ups in a row but i had to break it up. i guess i'll move to L6 this week...
on the off days i did deadlifts 8X10 @ 225, Muay Thai training and some sprints...good week!
