After a week off from simplefit I decided to start back at L2:
7May2007 L2D1 36 rounds, 426 cals, maxHR 185 avgHR 170
jumping pull-ups w/ burpee between push-ups and squats. This was a great high intensity workout. I tried lying down to rest after the 20 minutes. It seems as though my heart rate did come down sooner than if I "walked it off" as I usually do. I'm interested to learn how others experience it.
