Newbie here
Hi everyone,
I have been recommended this site by a couple of friends and i have seen the benefit that they have gained. Had a quick look through the forums and hope to start my new regime in the near future. I have to say, I'm pretty unfit and have never really been into exercise in a big way, but for personal reasons I want to get fitter and change my lifestyle. I'm 6' tall and currently way on at 16st 4lb.
I will let you know how i get on in the coming month.
Paul

Good Luck and enjoy!

Pull up bar arrived today.
Sorry, forgot to say, I'm 27yo. 6' tall, 16.5st so that would be 183cm and 105Kg in new money.
It's be had for me, but will get a photo of my current physique posted soon

Re: Newbie here
OK I've been really bad!! Been so busy with work (field engineer) SO haven't had time to keep to a routine (at all). But i'm hoping that i can devise something I can substitute as i can't carry my pull up bar around with me. Any ideas?
Also, I've finally got round to getting a photo of myself, Having taken it, I have realised how disgusted with my body i am so this should give me enough motivation to stick with it. So here it goes. Comments if you will.

Welcome and hope you can stick with it.
I've been doing this for a couple of months now and it sure feels like a good workout, but remember there are no short cuts its the long run that matters.
Also don't get discouraged if you're having trouble with the pull ups in the beginning, that seems to be a common problem and will get better after a while.
