OK i have started a bit about me age 53 yrs 5' 8'' 240lbs well out of shape he's hoping

i knew i was out of shape so i didnt push myself to hard and started with L1D1 did 28 rounds in 17mins pullups where a mix of grips as i am getting over broken wrist.
but not a bad start for a old fat bloke :D

what results have other old fat blokes achieved need to be inspired

28 rounds is a very good result. I suspect you'll be sore today!

i think you can move to L2 homer - your time definitely suggests that.

today i did real pullups with one foot on a small stool they went well :)

today i did real pullups with one foot on a small stool, so do i move up to L3 or stay at level 2

i feel i am getting stronger ? pullups with one foot on a small stool are going better than i hope :D
much better at pushups was able to do 16 before i needed a rest ,squats are easy :D
so do i move up ? :arrow:

Should i be doing more pullups ? as i am doing them with one foot ,toes just helping :?:

D1L3 only managed 24 rounds in 20 mins :(
