Started simplefit 2 weeks ago. I'm in barely decent shape, have 10-15 lbs of extra fat on me. I'm relatively active, but usually the last guy up the hills on my bike etc.
Lvl 1, Day 1 - 27 rounds (went pretty easy)
Lvl 1, Day 3 - 2:47 seconds
(i did day 2 as well, i just don't time it, so I won't mention it in this log again unless for some reason I skip it)
Lvl2, Day 1 - 31 rounds (pushed harder)
Lvl2, Day 3 - 3:06 seconds (today) had to take 2 brief rests on pullups and 1 rest on pushups
next week, lvl 3. I think I'll probably go straight through to 5 and then get stuck there for a while, although the lvl4 day 3 has me a little worried!
I'm doing pullups on a makeshift rope with 2 climbing carabiners attached to the end suspended from the balcony above my garden (like rings, just a little trickier to get a proper hold of). I don't know if this is easier or harder than a bar. I'll be moving in October, I hope to have a place to set up a bar there. pushups and squats are regular.
