L3D1
23 rounds

after a rest week on lvl 1 last week, it was back to business again yesterday with lvl 3. i was really surprised with the "strength" i completed D1. although fatigued towards the end, it wasn't like running out of steam.

L3D3
pull-ups: 8/3/2/1/1/1
pull-ups: 25/8
squats: 33
4:30

i should have known after wednesday's good session that something special was waiting for me today, but i didn't want to be too optimistic. needless to say that i surprised myself in a BIG way! i sort of had an idea that i would come in under 5 min's. but i really didn't expect 4:30!

apart from the time, i also achieved two other PR's: the most pull-ups and push-ups before i had to take a break, breaking my previous PR's by 1 and 2 respectively.

so all in all a VERY good ending to the week and i'm going to L4 on monday with confidence.

L4D1
20 ROUNDS

this really surprised me. when i moved to lvl 3, i only managed 18 rounds on my first D1 and i've started L4 with 20. looks like the strength and stamina is getting on!

WOW, the game is on!!! i'm gonna be on L4 for some time. for me, this is where SF begins. not that lvl's 1 - 3 were easy or that i breezed through them (they were tough at best), but i feel that lvl 4 is really gonna test me.

i am not too disappointed with my time, as i prepared myself for something in the 7 min region.

as always, the pull-ups were challenging, but where i really struggled was with the push-ups - they were very taxing.

now for a relaxing weekend and then it's back to D1.

That's some nice work Ruli! I know how you feel when it comes to pullups. It's the same for me. Hang in there I'm sure we'll see an improvement after the rest week :)
