i must be honest, although i knew i wouldn't crack 5 min's, i'm a bit disappointed with my time. at the very least, i would have liked to clock a sub 5:20, or even 5:15. my time is almost the same as the previous L4D3 (5:33), but i suppose every second counts!
on a positive note though, both the 10 straight pull-ups and 30 push-ups, are PR's. so from that perspective, today's WOD was much better than the previous one (taking the 2 sec's into account as well).
the pull-ups was, as usual, hard - to the extent that i doubt if i got my chin properly over the bar on the last rep.
what amazes me most though, is how the push-ups are f#cking me up. holy cow, i shat bricks in those last two sets!
the squats were fine, but it got a bit taxing towards the end.
