L4 D1 - Week 46: 25 Rounds (Alternating Chins and Pulls) Really tired today and some of the muscles in my shoulders hurt from kettlebelling!

Struggling at the moment to keep my focus hence the kettle bell to mix things up a bit and the massive post to get me back on track logging.
I cant face the Day 3 work out either I find it really tough. I will give it shot this week and hopefully get on OK.
