L4D2 (9/22) Didn't time Still sick. Worked out today just to maintain tone
L2D3 (9/24) - 3:41 chinups: 5-2-1-1-1-1-1-1 pushups: 26 squats: 26 Starting to feel better today, but noticeable weaker since being sick. It's hard to believe how much conditioning is lost in just a few days. Hopefully will get back on track soon.
L5D1 (11/19) - 18 Rounds Starting with 4th round, I was doing, a full chinup, 10 seconds rest, another full chinup, and an immediate set of 3 negatives. Almost finished 19 rounds before the timer, but only took credit for 18.
L5D2 (11/22) - Did not track time No rest with the chinups. Able to do all 5 each round w/o stopping.
I've been sick since just after New years and have not been able to do full workouts for a few weeks. I've done a few chinups in the last week, but officially getting back into it this week, starting with level 2. I can tell I've lost a lot of strength and have gained a few pounds. I will move up to level 3 next week, but may be hanging there for awhile. It may be a long time before I work up to level 5 again.
Although I completed L2D3 in less than 5 minutes, my chinups were pretty lame. Could barely clear the bar on the last one.
