L5D1: 15 rounds

Had to do D1 the day after D3 due to a screwy work schedule this week, so was probably a bit tired, but no decline at least!

L5 D2: 8:55

Good to see some improvement!

Also, on an somewhat related note, Jamos and Smithalluk, my flatmates, have started simplefit too (no doubt after seeing my amazing progress :) )

Should spark some healthy competition...

L5D3: 8:50

L5D1: 20 rounds - did much better than previous weeks by aiming to do one a minute rather than rushing the first half, only to be much slower later on

Big update this time:

L5 D2 : 8:25 much better time again
L5 D3 : 6:50 much, much better time than previously, so much so infact it make me think I miscounted or something...guess I'll find out this week.
L5 D1 : 21 rounds. Sticking to my one a minute method but squeezed a cheeky extra one in during the first minute.

Looks like we have made it to a similar point on level 5, now the competition can really begin!

Sticking to my one a minute method but squeezed a cheeky extra one in during the first minute.

this is also my approach on D1, although i try and squeeze a cheeky few in in the 1st ten minutes, so when the fatigue starts to set in from 15 min's onwards, i at least have a cushion to work with to ensure i get in 20+ rounds.
so far it's worked well on L's 1-4. will see what happens when i hit L5!

Missed D3 last week, this week managed to miss D2 due to work stuff. But this weeks L5D3: 4:54.

Near literally bust a gut doing it though. Not sure whether I should wait untill I can do it better, or just move on to L6 tommorrow...
