L4D2
untimed

i decided to give myself a "break" this morning by doing the WOD without chasing the clock and in stead, concentrating purely on form.

L4D1
26 rounds - PR by 2 rounds

very glad that i could start the week on on a high note, but having said that, i ended last week on a very low note.

purely for no other reason than laziness, i didn't do L4D3 last week and i am very disappointed in myself. hope it will not happen again!

L4D3
pull-ups: 11/2/1/1/1/1/1/1/1
push-ups: 25/10/6
squats: 41
5:37

to say that i'm disappointed in my time is an understatement of note!!! a full 7 sec's slower than last week. i cannot understand it. after posting PR's on D1 & 2, surely my time on D3 should have improved?
any suggestions?

20 Sept
L1D2
Untimed

22 Sept
L1D3
pull-ups: 10
push-ups: 21
squats: 21
Untimed

seeing that this was my rest week, i decided not to time D's 2 & 3, but rather to concentrate on form by doing the exercises slowly, with proper ROM. hopefully this will lead to some extra strength.

L4D1
24 rounds

although 2 less than my PR, my body felt this morning's workout during the day. i wouldn't be surprised if i'll be stiff and sore tomorrow!

8 sec's slower than my PR. although i can feel that i've had two good sessions this week, it unfortunately doesn't show in the results. maybe there's a surprise waiting for me on D3 :-)

L4D3
pull-ups: 10/4/2/2/1/1
push-ups: 20/10/11
squats: 41
4:27

when i said on wednesday that "maybe there's a surprise waiting for me on D3", i never in my wildest dreams could have imagined a time of 4:27!
it's almost a minute faster than two weeks ago (last week was a rest week).

i know i should be moving to L5 on monday, but to make sure that i own L4, i'll do it again next week.

enjoy your weekend!

L4D1

i had a bit of a rough weekend, so the body wasn't as responsive on monday morning as what it should have been.

Nice work man, and sadly we all have those days when you'r feeling a little run down.

I find it quite interesting to see how our numbers vary on the different days, and I must admit I'm a little jealous too on how you smoked day3 there. =)
Especialy when I manage to pull of better times than you on day2 but I just seem unable to channel that for test day.

thanx for the comments slacke.

so, after a two week lay-off i decided this laziness is bullshit! started with L4D1 again today.what a disaster though - i could only manage 12 mins and 14 rounds before my tank ran empty.

will have to take it easy on D2.

due to the lack of posts made after the 15th, you can imagine that i didn't do any workouts for the rest of that week, which is really sad from a personal point of view.

so, on monday i decided again to start getting into a routine and this is how my week went:

22 Sept
L3D1
24 rounds (PR for L3)

24 Sept
L3D2
untimed

L3D3
pull-ups: 8/4/2/1/1
push-ups: 20/10/3
squats: 33
4:04 (PR for L3)

as opposed to the previous week's "re-start" where i started on L4 (that's where i was before my two week lay-off), i decided to start this week on L3 and i'm very glad i did!
as what can be seen, i've posted PR's for L3 on both D's 1 & 3. just goes to show what can be achieved if you set you're mind to something! next week it's back to L4 again.

forgive me, but i have to say to myself: "welcome back!"
