due to the lack of posts made after the 15th, you can imagine that i didn't do any workouts for the rest of that week, which is really sad from a personal point of view.
so, on monday i decided again to start getting into a routine and this is how my week went:

24 rounds (PR for L3)

pull-ups: 8/4/2/1/1
push-ups: 20/10/3
squats: 33
4:04 (PR for L3)
as opposed to the previous week's "re-start" where i started on L4 (that's where i was before my two week lay-off), i decided to start this week on L3 and i'm very glad i did!
as what can be seen, i've posted PR's for L3 on both D's 1 & 3. just goes to show what can be achieved if you set you're mind to something! next week it's back to L4 again.
