Another step up. Paced myself a bit from the start this time and/but almost felt that I could've squeezed in another round or two if I'd hade the time. Just waiting for this progress to show up on day 3...
Decided to try an actual working 'rest week' instead of the forced sick break weeks I've had earlier and went down to level two. 44 rounds is quite a step up from the 31 rounds I did my first time on level two, sure didn't feel much like rest though... =)

L3, D3: ? Left to my own devices with the web page down I just did a small set of 10+20+20 and didnt bother timing.
On my first day of each level. I try for consistancy and steady pace. If I tried to burn right through it from the start, I could not finish the time limit. On each "first day" of that level, have someone keep track of how many sets you do for each 5 minute segments. Not stopping the clock, but see how consistant you are throughout the (4 segments) 20 minutes.
