Same as last week. It probably has something to do with eating like crap during the holidays. The last 2 weeks have shown only marginal improvement. I got on my scale and it said, "One at a time, please."
Okay, okay... I decided to quit timing D2's. I just did it slowly while concentrating on form. If I have a clock I'll try to beat it, so it seems better to use this day for form improvement instead of time improvement.
