Hi everyone.
I'm a lean 135 lbs (usually; just lost a few after an illness) male, 5'10" and 19yo. Been doing the paleo schtick for nearly 8 months, but never had a good workout program (not one I stuck with, anyway). The main goal is to gain weight. Given how difficult it has been in the past, I'll set the target at 145.
I thought about starting SF a few months ago, but got sidetracked by something else, and something after that, and… you know the drill. I finally decided it doesn't matter what I do so long as I stick with it, and thought SimpleFit was a good idea. So, I'm committing at least until summer, and maybe I'll stay for months or years after that.
I wasn't sure where to start, but for some reason I like the idea of working up from the lowest level. So, here's my L1 results:

All reps were plyometric, except the last 2 pull-ups. They probably could have been, but I got lazy.
Day 2 will probably go untimed in the future.
Saturday, Jan 8
L1D3: 1.38
Pull-ups: 10 (10)
Push-ups: 21 (21)
Squats: 21 (21)
I really felt the last few pushups and pull-ups, but breezed through the squats. I was shaking for a while afterwards, though.
