Set timer for 35 reps to beat the previous week. Failed lol!
I had to stop at 20, I nearly puked.
I ended up missing the rest of the weeks workout from illness/sore back.28/2/2011 L4 D1
I did 25 reps, slowed right down and focussed on technique again. I have done this on other levels before to keep the quality of form. I messed around on some of the pull ups and push ups stopping mid rep and starting again and doing them super slow etc.
I feel good today with a nice dull ache as much as if I had gone hell for leather. But, ultimately good to know that I can perform at this level successfully with slow extremely good form.
