Looking for a suggestion here. I am almost 55 (march 9) and can do 13 pullups straight before resting for a few seconds. I have done this before and got to level 8, but have been a couch potato for a few months. I did level 3 last week and did D1 60 rounds....D2? Ihave to look can't remember, but D3 I did in 1:34.
Question is : What level do you think I should start back at? Thanks for your help.
