L2D1 - 43 rounds

had to keep fighting the urge to rush and beat my L1 score, which i did anyway. one thing that made the rounds go quicker was powering up from the push up to the squat position.

L2D2 - 3:50

seems wierd that it took a full minute longer than L1D2.

L3D1 - 27 rounds

the second pull up adds a whole new level of difficulty. also, i don't know exactly how, but i've injured my left knee. this slowed me down on both the transition from push up to squat, and in doing the squats.

L3D2 - 3:55

seems consistent with my L2 time. as you become familiar with the routine, you can't help but become more efficient in performing the movements.

L3D3 - 4:59

just under 5:00. L4 should be challenging.

L4D1 - 30 rounds

i was a little sloppy on the last 2 rounds of pull ups. but not so sloppy that they didn't count, in my mind anyway.

L4D2 - 4:28

about 30 secs longer than L3D2, seems about right. pull ups felt pretty strong today.

L5D2 - 5:25

I think that i can bring this down to under 5:00 pretty easily. I'll see how L5D3 goes. Maybe I'll stay with L5 for another week or so.

L5D3 - 8:40

i took a 1 min. rest between 5 sets of pullups 6,5,5,5,5. I think that i could do them with 40 secs, maybe 30 sec, rest between sets. this by it self should cut a couple of minutes off the time. i think that i can push a little harder and faster on the push ups and squats. anyway, i'll stick with level 5 for now and see what happens.
