Maybe a dumb question about Intermediate workouts...

Maybe a dumb question about Intermediate workouts...

So if I'm doing Intermediate Level 3 day 1, it says 3x5 of each movement. Does that mean I do three sets of five reps of each movement with a rest in between, then move on to the next movement? Or do I do each movement 5 times, three times through with no rest?

Sorry for the confusion, I'm just used to seeing 3x5 in a strength training context (as opposed to a "for time" context).

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

There aren't too many people doing the Intermediate workouts, so knowledge of them is thin.
If you don't get an answer, ask Kevin directly.
