This is a big week for me: Thursday will mark three years on SimpleFit!Week 155

I had a great, but strenuous day yesterday:
- Move my son back into his just repainted room.
- 17:30 parents vs. kids hockey game—my wife and I with said son.
- 20:15 league game—SCORE FIRST GOAL!!! (since joining league)
- 21:30 DRINK 1 BEER
- 21:35 power skating
Luckily, all hockey was at the same arena!
My point being, I was a little tired today, so, no improvement over my last Day 1. No complaints though—I worked hard.Photos.Saturday, March 26, 2011D3L8:

I have a sore throat and the feeling that a cold is coming on.
The internal dialogue which eventually resulted in my working out was a fierce debate!
I am glad I did though, as I beat last week's by 30s.
