I am 57 yo 185 that saw simplefit on another forum. This looks like a good progression that I am going to try and see how I progress.
I tried to take each exercise slow and just wanted to make it through the 20 minutes. I was sore the next day from day 1.

I did this in the morning and my shoulders hurt from not getting loose before the pull-ups.
On Saturday I did D3 at the end I checked my gymboss and it was 0:00

I did D3 again. this time I started with the push-ups so I could see that the gymboss started.
I have been also doing some run walks alternating 90 sec walk / 90 sec runs. I will move to level 2 next week.
