I have done P90X and got really burned out, then found out about serious body weight workouts, and stumbled onto Paleo diet then found the Primal Blueprint. So, I have been doing that for about 3 months and have progressed pretty far, and now looking for some variety.
L1D1 - Completed 35 rounds, pacing myself with no breaks. Looking forward to the rest of the levels and workouts.
