I want to just make a weekly post so i dont have 80 million pages. plus it will look better.

Day 1: Level 1 20 rounds
Day 2: -
Day 3: 5 rounds @ ~ 4 mins
Day 4: 2 mile run (casual pace)
Day 5: - (emergency plans came up)
I'm currently on my second week right now so i will post that when im done with the second week.
