Hi, college freshman here, started this program 2 weeks ago.
5'10, 125 pounds, I'm rather skinny.

During pull ups I'm I supposed to extend my arms completely when lowering myself down? I can't manage to do that.
Anyway should I keep increasing the level of my workout?
