Weight: 163 lbs
Goal: 170lbs of good weight
Background: Lifted weights and did martial arts in early to mid 20s. Quit everything 3 years ago due to nagging injuries. Peak weight was 188 lbs. - mixture of good and bad weight. Lost weight ever since weight lifting was stopped and also increased cardiovascular activity (tennis). Halted all strength training since then. Goal is to gain 7 lbs of lean muscle mass and stay physically fit.
