Notes: Well, a few factors influenced me not getting past L3 this week.
First, and foremost, the reason why I kept going at this level from last week, was that I knew it wasn't right; last week I either cut on some reps or did them poorly, so that's why I made it below the 5min mark. This week, I tried to do them as fine as I possibly could and rightfuly so, went over the 5min mark by a little bit.
Second, it was a cold day this past friday and, as expected, I burned out far to quickly in my routine. No matter, I'mma keep at it a little bit longer.
