Hi all! I am in my first week of training, and have just finished L1, Day 2 for the first time.
I have tried to do all rounds as fast as possible, but doing fast squats just feels strange to me. I have done the squats so fast that I was practicaly jumping. Is that really how it should be done?

Go to the crossfit website and look up the video "Nasty Girls". They are cranking out the squats. Probably the fastest you'll ever need to do them.

i do them as fast as i can while still keeping good form
