Today was a mess. Supposed to be

5 parallete pass throughs
First off I didn't realize how difficult this would be. But I'll be damned if I'm not sure I can do it. To begin with I started the wall climbs quickly realizing it was harder than I thought but still doable, moved on through first round, and promptly realized I destroyed a nice section of all white wall in my work building. Thats a no no. So I removed my shoes, stopped the clock to do it and started again and forgot to start the clock. Couldn't do the wall climbs because the wall was too slick in my socks, so I ended up doing partial wall climbs and sliding off the wall then, as I was doing the pass throughs (subbed with 2 weight benches) I smashed my foot into one of the benches as they were too close together (hurts like hell btw), removed my socks, started wall climbs again and promptly fell off the wall because it was still too slick almost crushing a knee into a weight machine. Determined to continue I decided to do 3 reps of 15 sec planche progressions and finish for a total of 4 rounds. I have no clue how long it took. I was in the gym for 45 minutes. My foot hurts...and I give up for today...
