Hi, im new to this just got my pull up bar and tried for the first day would appreciate all comments so here is about me:
Body:
98.2 lbs
5'4
almost 16 years old
soccer player, quite lean very weak upper body stronger legs and core.
DAY 1 LEVEL 1: 33 reps (is that about average?)
pull ups very hard, push ups a bit difficult and squats relatively easy.
