I kinda forgot to make the one for first week, so here it goes.

1st week (Aug 8-12)

Notes: I kinda cheated in the final day here, since I didn't get full range on the push ups and was doing my sit ups bad, so yeah. 3rd day tells me that I need to stick to L1 for one more week.

Notes: D1 was kind of an exception, since before starting my routine I carried two 12 feet, 26 gauge sheets of corrugated metal up a set of stairs (only getting help at the end of them), so my arms weren't precisely in pristine condition, but I still managed to do a decent output. On D3, doing the body rows drained the heck out of my energy, because both push-ups and sit-ups were done at a very good pace and with great timing.

Notes: Well, on D1 I burned down like crazy, I don't know why but I just couldn't do any more rounds; D2 and D3 went pretty good, though. Next week I'll go back to L1, since the program recommends going down a few levels once a month to let the muscles heal and whatnot.

Notes: Since I kinda forgot to post this on it's respective week... Well, this week was my "slow down" week of the month, so I came back to level 1. Notes: Well, a few factors influenced me not getting past L3 this week.

First, and foremost, the reason why I kept going at this level from last week, was that I knew it wasn't right; last week I either cut on some reps or did them poorly, so that's why I made it below the 5min mark. This week, I tried to do them as fine as I possibly could and rightfuly so, went over the 5min mark by a little bit.

Second, it was a cold day this past friday and, as expected, I burned out far to quickly in my routine. No matter, I'mma keep at it a little bit longer.
