I started today, hoping to continue. My only goal is to improve, including cardio. I hope this program helps. I play tennis once a week and after 10 or 15 shots rally I'm exhausted. I also want to be able to put the ball deep on my opponent's side without too much effort. Of course, this also depends a lot on technique, but I know I'm also lacking strength to do it over and over again.
I'm 35 years old, I weight 63 Kg and my height is 168 cm. I started with level 1, did 16 rounds the first time. I also would like to learn my fat percentage, it must be well over 20% by now. I would guess mid 20s. It used to be 18% a few years back.
Also, I want constancy! I want to be able to keep doing the exercises without giving up or giving myself excuses! That's the main thing. If I keep at it week after week, the improvements will come.
