L1D3 = 3:20 seconds
Pullups were difficult. Couldnt complete 10 straight. 7 years no training went from 15-20 to 10 :x . Anyway, my muscles are gettin prepped and I wanna avoid injury so I'm going to go up a level each week till it takes about 15-20 minutes.
Added some L's on the very end of it for core work. 3 10 second rounds with 10 second rest intervals. abs and back definitely need some training. I like your idea of the core work with the workouts. What do you think of Planks on D1, situps D2, and L's D3?
