Hello everyone,
Newbie here. I don't really start till Monday but I did a test run Friday. Wanted to make sure I was prepared when Monday hits. Realized a few things:
1. I need a good stopwatch that is loud enough for me to hear it.
2. I have to rebuild my pullup bar. the quickcrete I used didn't set right and one of my posts became unbalanced!
3. My neighbors can watch me off their back porch and they think I'm crazy. Woo hoo!
Anyway I completed L1D3. First step taken.

OKay Day one Level one or L1D1. got my boys to play so it was interesting. we added 10 second planks to the end of it. I was suprised how hard they got for 220 seconds of work.
Me- 22 rounds
Son 1- 17
Son 2 - 29
One pullup bar made it interesting but we didn't run into each other too much. Didn't plan on trying too hard but I got competitive with the younger one. Little soandso beat me!

L1D3 = 3:20 seconds
Pullups were difficult. Couldnt complete 10 straight. 7 years no training went from 15-20 to 10
. Anyway, my muscles are gettin prepped and I wanna avoid injury so I'm going to go up a level each week till it takes about 15-20 minutes.
Added some L's on the very end of it for core work. 3 10 second rounds with 10 second rest intervals. abs and back definitely need some training. I like your idea of the core work with the workouts. What do you think of Planks on D1, situps D2, and L's D3?
