: I wanted to try something different for this week, because of that I did variations of the normal Simplefit exercises.
- Instead of doing the normal bodyrow, I crossed my arms on an 'X' infront of me and pulled towards the side until I had my elbows and shoulders on a straight line, doing a 90º angle with my arm.
- I sub'd the normal push ups with three variations: diamond pushups, military pushups and dive bomber pushups.
- I changed the standards squats with standard lunges (without added weight).
On top of that, on both L2 days (since doing L3 with the variations didn't seem right to me), instead of doing 5 rounds I did 6, that with the objective of doing to sets with each kind of pushup variation. All in all, it felt pretty good to have a chage of pace on the rutine. Next week, I'll keep going with L5 of the normal Simplefit routine.
