Impressive week one times - for ABS remember that pull up work them as well so might make it tricky to do as many as you'd like. I'd say leg raises, crunches and sit ups would be my three go-to an excercises, balance with something for the back such as a few planks. Are you looking for more definitions on your tummy?
Well yes. I'm trying hard for it. Controlled calorie and fat intake and am doing cardios along with ab workouts. I think I'll get there in two months or so. Thanks for stopping by and giving those tips mate.
