200lbs and get back my academy fitness. Since the academy I have lived the typical Officer style. Fast food everyday thats got to change occasionally going to the gym 1 to 2 times a week. Letting my health slowly fall apart. While I have retained strength my endurance has began to give out. Very noticeable with my first simple fit week. Now that I have a 15 month old wild man I needed a workout that I can do at home. I am so thankful that I found this forum. Hope that I haven't rambled to much just excited to get to work. Thanks a lot hope I haven't bored you all to much.
