Simplefit newbie here first time posting hopefully I'm doing it right.
D1L1 21 rounds
D2L1 total work time 6min21sec
D3L1 1 min 50sec
I think I'm reading the forum right D3 is the progress calculator. Under 5 min move up a level. If I'm wrong please correct me. Anyway I'm glad to have joined this forum and started this program. I will go to the goal page and post my stats.

Welcome! You're correct on the leveling thing. On day 3 you perform all the pull-ups, all the push-ups, and then all the squats - and if you're under 5 minutes you move up next week.

Update for the last two weeks
Well the last two weeks has not went well. First little wild man got ear infections in both ears. So working out was not an option for the second week. Last week I developed strep throat something I haven't had for years. It seems everybody is healthy and happy now. So hopefully I can get started again.

I too just had to take a virus-induced break. Key is just getting back at it. Your first week looks like a great start. Welcome on board!

Been a while since my last update a lot has been going on since then. The week that I started on level two our surrounding Counties was struck by tornadoes. We have been helping as much as we can with them. Anyway I did not get to do much exercise until Last week. I went ahead and started Lv 2 and it went pretty good.
L2 D1 31 Rds
L2 D2 1:15,1:10,1:11,1:09,1:03
L2 D3 2:40

This week I started LV3
D1 22 Rds Pullups Really got me
D2 1:22,1:16,1:17,1:14,1:16
Level three the intensity of this workout is really starting to pick up. I hope all of you are doing well and I will post tomorrow with my D3 update.

Nice progress!

Clearing tornado debris certainly counts as a workout.

Fantastic! On to level 4. So far it looks like you've just been getting up to the right starting spot. Now I expect you'll have to start working a bit.
