Made day 3 in level 1 and had big problems with the pull ups. 1.5 minutes for these 10 (strict) Pull ups  . Push ups are no problem and squats are very easy (may be because i do slow jogging since about a year).
So my goal will be to improve pull ups.

The rest interval, or lack there of makes a big difference, but sounds like you are doing great.

Nice work sounds like it's up a level for you!

Your results are very impressive !

Adding some slow jogging is a good idea I think, I might try that too.
