I am a 30 year old, about 5"10 200 lbs. Just getting sick of being so out of shape and looking to get a little more fit and improve my health. I have no specific goal weight in mind, just looking to feel a bit better.
Started with the Level 1 Day 1, and got 32 reps in. I had to sub 3 body rows for pull ups as I am unable to do them at this time (don't have the bar yet either). I know the diet will be my biggest hurdle however, as I eat horribly bad processed foods all the time. Anyways just wanted to check in and make myself more accountable to continuing to improve.
