L1D3: still using body rows (expect to be doing so for a while) 2 minutes 35 seconds. Pushups once again are the hardest by far, and my muscles are still sore from day 2 to be honest. When I started I thought I was going to just to it every second day, but my body feels like it needs a two day break from those pushups at this time. I am thinking about working some cardio into my days off routine however. I would like something I am able to do at home as its harder to find excuses to not get it done. The only two things I can think of are stair climbs and jump rope, does anyone have any suggestions about these?
Also, this time means I will be doing L2 next week, is that correct?
