Hey Coine,
how are you doing ? I read your log and regarding your back pain I see a pattern I have observed so many times on myself. Stretching is key.
Stretching is boring/painful/... but it is mandatory for me if I want to keep up with such a workout. Well, at least for me ! This might not apply to you.
Have fun !

Thanks for the response, I'm doing a lot better now. I stopped doing simplefit for a while and instead focused on just cardio (running, rowing) to minimize the chance of another back "seizure" (sounds a lot more painful than it actually is, but still no fun at all). I've been living with my scoliosis for a long enough time that I've even started getting used to setbacks like this.
I'm feeling strong enough so I'll be doing some roofing for a friend next week. If all goes well, I'll be starting up simplefit the week after that for a final two weeks before my military service starts. I'll keep you guys posted on how that works out.
Cheers.
