every minute on the minute for 30minutes
suprised at how hard this was. I could have upped the numbers and still completed so I wasn't fried at the end but still I was breathing hard. Originally planned to do it as rx'd until I realized that simplefit L8D1 is same reps and I could only complete 13 rounds as a pr in 20 min. If anyone asks Im gonna say I did
90 pullups, 150 pushups, and 240 squats in 30 minutes. Looks so much more intimidating that way heh
