Notes: Nice times, really good actually. I'm pretty sure I made all the reps, my form wasn't that garbage (although the last body row reps are, but that's because my arms really can't take them anymore at that stage).
To be honest, I've made a choice to stay on this level for a while, since I'm getting closer to my weight goal and I have to think of ways to mantain my weight instead of keep dropping more and more.
