Did my first Day 1 just now, level 2. I picked level 2 because the Day 3 workout is something I can already feasibly do. Was not expecting the day 1 to kick my ass, simply out of sheer volume.

W1D1: 32 rounds in 19:44 minutes. - Cranked out 20 in 9 minutes, realized my pacing was horrible as I was getting beat rather quickly. Biggest issue was cardio performance, muscles didn't fully tire until set ~27.
Notes: Streaming Dyrus playing LoL in the background helped me focus on something.
